Turbosound TQ15
The TQ15 is a processed passive 2,200-watt 15″ loudspeaker system for speech and music reinforcement applications.
This 2-way full range speaker is engineered for use with Lab Gruppen-powered loudspeaker management systems
It delivers strong performance for FOH, sidefill and delay line loudspeakers in demanding setups.
The enclosure features a 15″ neodymium low-frequency driver with a low mass voice coil for improved transient response.
It also uses a titanium dome 1.4″ neodymium high-frequency compression driver.
The driver is mounted on an 80° horizontal by 30° vertical rotatable exponential horn.
That horn is paired with a dendritic plane wave transformer (DPWT) waveguide.
All drivers are matched with an internal passive crossover network in a reflex-loaded enclosure.
The rear connector plate carries 2 x Neutrik speakON * NL4 connectors for input and link connections.
This neodymium speaker is finished in a highly durable semi-matt black paint.
The cabinet is constructed from 15 mm (5/8″) plywood and includes a powder-coated cloth-wrapped perforated steel mesh grille.
Multiple threaded rigging points allow suspension in any orientation, or mounting where required.
Optional flying yoke, and swivel brackets, are each available separately.
