VisionSounds operates visionsounds.co.za as an online retail store for camera and audio equipment in South Africa. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders where prices were displayed incorrectly.

Stock availability is subject to change without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) — Direct bank transfer to our South African bank account.
Wire Transfer — For institutional or corporate payments.
Cross Border Transfer — For customers outside South Africa paying in foreign currency.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received and verified. We reserve the right to cancel orders that remain unpaid after 48 hours of placement.

4. Shipping

We deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa. Delivery timelines and costs are outlined on our Shipping Policy page. VisionSounds is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

6. Warranty

All products sold by VisionSounds carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer or authorised service centre. VisionSounds will assist in facilitating warranty claims where possible.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on visionsounds.co.za — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of VisionSounds or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

VisionSounds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the purchase price of the relevant product.
