Orders & Payment
We accept three payment methods: EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) for direct local bank payments, Wire Transfer for corporate or institutional payments, and Cross Border Transfer for international customers paying in foreign currency. Full details are on our Payment Methods page.
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with our banking details. Make payment using your order number as the reference, then email your proof of payment to info@visionsounds.co.za. Your order will be confirmed within 1–2 business days of payment reflecting.
Orders can be cancelled or amended before payment has been confirmed. Once payment is verified and the order is being processed, changes may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
We do not currently offer credit, lay-buy, or instalment plans. All orders must be paid in full before dispatch. We are working on introducing flexible payment options in the future.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times after order confirmation:
  • Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria: 2–4 business days
  • Secondary cities and towns: 3–6 business days
  • Remote and outlying areas: 5–10 business days

VisionSounds offers nationwide delivery across South Africa. Delivery terms, courier handling and any applicable delivery requirements are explained in our shipping policy. Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
We currently ship within South Africa only. For international customers who wish to purchase, please contact us to discuss options. International payments can be made via Cross Border Transfer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment with our courier partner.
Products & Stock
Yes, absolutely. Every product sold by VisionSounds is 100% genuine and sourced through supplier and brand channels. We do not stock grey-import, counterfeit, or refurbished goods unless explicitly stated.
Yes. All products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty periods vary by brand and product type — typically 1 to 2 years. VisionSounds will assist in facilitating warranty claims where possible.
Please contact us and we can advise on estimated restock dates or recommend equivalent alternatives. Popular items often sell fast — we recommend acting quickly when you see something you need.
Returns & Refunds
You may return most items within 7 days of receipt in original, unused condition with all original packaging. See our full Returns & Refund Policy for complete details including non-returnable items.
Please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Include your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Once a return is approved and the item received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. EFT refunds may take additional time depending on your bank's processing times.
