Shipping & Delivery Policy

VisionSounds delivers nationwide across South Africa. Delivery timelines begin once full payment has been confirmed.

1. Shipping Fees & Costs

VisionSounds offers 100% free delivery nationwide across South Africa on all orders. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay, with zero hidden shipping fees added at checkout.

2. Order Processing & Cut-Off Times

Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT+2 / South African Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
Handling & Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched from our facility or partner supplier network, estimated transit times are as follows:

  • Major Metropolitan Areas (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2-4 business days.
  • Secondary Cities & Towns: 3-6 business days.
  • Outlying & Remote Areas: 5-7 business days.
  • Large or Specialist Equipment: Heavy, oversized, or specialist gear may require a maximum transit window of up to 7 business days. If an order is expected to exceed this standard window, our team will contact you directly within 24 hours of order placement.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and courier tracking link. You can track your package directly via our Track Your Order page or contact our support team for assistance.

5. Courier Delivery & Handling

Deliveries are door-to-door via secure third-party courier services. A physical delivery address, working contact number, and email address must be provided during checkout to ensure successful delivery. Couriers deliver during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged Deliveries: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the external packaging and internal contents immediately and notify VisionSounds within 24 hours of receipt at info@visionsounds.co.za.
Lost Transits: If a shipment is delayed beyond its estimated delivery window, please contact us. VisionSounds will open an official inquiry with the courier on your behalf to locate and resolve the transit issue.

7. International & SADC Orders (Collection Only)
 
VisionSounds delivers directly to physical addresses located exclusively within the borders of South Africa.

For international customers and clients within neighboring SADC countries (Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Namibia, Botswana, Eswatini) paying via Cross Border or Wire Transfer, orders are processed on a Collection Only basis. Once your proforma invoice settles in ZAR value, our team will provide the exact South African warehouse or dispatch address for your designated freight forwarder or cross-border courier to collect.
