Payment Methods

VisionSounds accepts the following payment methods. All transactions are processed and invoiced in South African Rand (ZAR), and all prices displayed include VAT at 15%.

1. EFT / Bank Transfer

  • Eligibility: Available to all holders of a valid South African bank account.
  • How it works: Select Bank Transfer / EFT at checkout. Our banking details and payment instructions are displayed on the confirmation page and sent to you by email immediately.
  • Fees: No additional processing or transaction fees.
  • Reference: Please use your order number as your payment reference.
  • Processing: Orders are confirmed within 1 business day of funds reflecting in our account.

2. Cross Border Transfer (SADC Region)

  • Eligibility: Customers in Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Namibia, Botswana and Eswatini.
  • How it works: Complete your order at checkout. Your confirmation invoice provides the international banking details, including SWIFT/BIC codes, required by your bank.
  • Currency: All transactions are denominated and settled in ZAR. Your bank applies its own prevailing exchange rate at the time of transfer.
  • Delivery: Direct delivery is within South Africa only. Cross-border orders are handled on a collection or freight-forwarder basis.

3. International Wire Transfer

  • Eligibility: International commercial clients and individuals outside the SADC region.
  • How it works: Complete checkout to generate your proforma invoice, which carries our international wire routing details.
  • Currency: All prices and totals are processed in ZAR. Wire transfers must clear the exact equivalent ZAR value of your invoice.
  • Delivery: Direct delivery is within South Africa only, with collection or freight-forwarder arrangements required for export orders.

4. How Payment Works

  1. Place your order and select your payment method at checkout.
  2. Receive your invoice and banking details on the confirmation page and by email.
  3. Make payment using your order number as the payment reference.
  4. Submit proof of payment to info@visionsounds.co.za.
  5. Dispatch — once payment is verified, your order is confirmed and dispatch begins.

5. Security

VisionSounds does not store or process card details. Banking details are supplied directly to you in your order confirmation email. Our website is secured with HTTPS encryption throughout.

6. Invoices & VAT

A full invoice is issued with every order, showing the amount excluding VAT and the 15% VAT component separately. If you require an invoice made out to a company, please provide the company details when placing your order.
