- Fees: VisionSounds charges 0% additional processing or transaction fees for local EFTs.
- Reference: You must use your unique Order Number as your payment reference.
- Processing Window: Orders are officially authorized for fulfillment within 1 business day of the funds reflecting in our account.
2. Cross-Border Bank Transfers (SADC Region)
- Eligibility: Available for customers purchasing from neighboring SADC countries, including Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Namibia, Botswana, and Eswatini.
- How it Works: Complete your order normally via our automated checkout. Your confirmation invoice will provide the international banking details (including Swift/BIC codes) required by your local bank.
- Currency Note: All transactions are officially denominated and settled in ZAR (South African Rand). Your local banking institution will apply their standard daily prevailing exchange rate at the exact time your transfer is executed.
3. International Wire Transfers (Worldwide)
- Eligibility: Available for international commercial clients and individuals residing outside the SADC region (including Europe, the UK, North America, Asia, and the Middle East).
- How it Works: Complete your checkout journey on our website to secure your stock and generate your official proforma invoice. Your invoice will explicitly feature our comprehensive international wire routing details (IBAN, Swift/BIC codes).
- Currency Note: All store prices and checkout totals are processed in ZAR (South African Rand). International wire transfers must be cleared to reflect the exact equivalent ZAR value of your invoice.
- Processing Window: International orders are released to our shipping couriers within 1–2 business days of the international wire fully clearing into our South African business account.

- Receive Invoice & Bank Details: Your bank transfer instructions and our corporate account details will display on the confirmation page and drop into your email inbox instantly.
- Execute Transfer: Log into your secure banking app or visit your branch to transfer the total invoice amount using your Order Number as the exact reference.
- Submit Proof: Email your official bank-generated Proof of Payment (POP) directly to info@visionsounds.co.za.
- Fulfillment: Our accounting team verifies the payment, updates your order status to "Paid," and hands your package over to our delivery couriers within 1–2 business days.
